Notes:
The rental fee schedule includes rates for up to 4 hour, up to 8 hour and up to 12 hour hall rentals.
Use of the kitchen facility to prepare and/or cook food requires an added cost.
You are responsible for obtaining your own event insurance
You are responsible for obtaining your special occasion permit, if needed for your event
A completed Hall Rental Agreement may be cancelled without charge if notice is provided at least 60 days in advance.
A charge of 50% of the rental fee will be issued for notice of cancellation received a minimum 30 days prior to the scheduled date, and 75% of the rental fee for cancellation of a rental agreement less than 30 days prior to the rental period,
