Baptism Registration

Baptisms are usually the second Sunday of the month at 12 noon immediately after 11 a.m. mass.

Please complete the online form below, OR click the button to download a printable PDF form that can be dropped off through the mail slot at the church's rectory door (off Washington Street), or given to Father at Mass.

Online Baptism Registration

Online baptism registration is appropriate for small children under the age of six years old. For older children and adults, please contact our parish office to learn more about the Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA).

Godparents: Godparents must be Catholics. Only one Godparent is required, if you wish to have two Godparents one must be Male, one must be Female.
